MVP - Minimum Viable Product
This version of the product would have all the bare minimum features that your early users would find value in and would be willing to pay for it. As customers start using your product, the product team would further assess their preferences and wishes to make this product better. Having said that the product team need not put their time and effort into working on the features that aren’t essential to the customers.
Note: A common mistake to avoid is releasing a product with bare minimum features that are below the expectations of your potential customers.
